If you already have a certification (ICDL or other) you can apply for recognition by following the relative procedure: Recognition procedure

• Remember to complete the procedure by sending the application "definitively"; you will have confirmation that you have completed your request upon receipt of an email.
• Requests will be periodically checked and acknowledged through communication to the respective Secretariats (Training Offer Offices). No incomplete requests can be processed.
• Those who have taken the ICDL tests at the university MUST NOT use the information on this page for credit registration. Credits will be recorded automatically. In case of particular problems write to the address indicated below.
• Students who, upon ENROLLMENT at the university, have obtained Certifications other than the ECDL must contact the secretariat of the University Test Center for the evaluation of the congruence of content and the possible subsequent recognition of Educational Credits.
• Not all IT certifications are recognizable. The University of Trento only recognizes the certifications referable to the ACCREDIA "Qualified Computer User" scheme. 
  Therefore, only those certifications that bear the ACCREDIA "stamp" are recognizable. And in particular, check that the "stamp" refers specifically to the Certification and not to the issuing body.
